RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

• We are confident that you will be satisfied with the item or service you have ordered. As a result, we offer you a full refund of the price you have paid if we are unable to complete your service or deliver the items you paid for.
• Once a service has been marked as completed, all sales related to that purchase are final. However, in the event that the service goes wrong, we at MWGG will investigate this matter. If the issue is on our end, a full refund or replacement will be issued to that customer.

To qualify for a refund, the items you purchased must be in the exact format and must not be tampered with or altered. The items you received on that account must be exactly the same. If the account is returned and looked at, the buyer will get their money back in full.
• Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards Downloadable software products: virtual goods and in-game items. Once the code has been redeemed, no refund will be given. Each code will be checked and verified before being sent to the customer. In game progression and services, sales are non-refundable once the service has been marked as complete.
